Rheinelbe dump

Gray in the midst of green - and of course this doesn't mean the Ruhr area, but the Himmelstreppe on the Rheinelbe heap in Gelsenkirchen. At the highest point of the only half-green heap, the Himmelstreppe is enthroned. Gray blocks from the Koenigsborn coking plant were designed here in the form of a staircase. Once at the top, a panoramic view of Gelsenkirchen and large parts of the Ruhr area and an exciting photo spot await you.
