No, that's not allowed. Please be understanding and come to the dump on foot.
Of course! Feel free to spread out in the open spaces.
There will be catering available, but you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Please just make sure no glass bottles or alcohol to bring onto the premises.
Barbecues are not permitted on the premises.
Bringing dogs onto the event grounds is not permitted and would certainly not be fun for your dog either.
Children may attend the event if accompanied by an adult.
Restrooms are available on the event grounds.
These are the next stops:
“Bergwerk Ewald 1/2” (Bus SB27, from Wanne-Eickel main station / Marl center) and “Gelsenkirchener Str.” (Bus 210, from Herten center / Recklinghausen south station)
There are several parking spaces around the dump where you can leave your car. There's also a parking area at Doncaster Platz West and East. Experience has shown that this fills up very quickly.
We therefore recommend traveling by public transport.
No, there will be no centralized transportation plan for the Sunset Picnic. Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
