The former coal washing plant into a glass elephant and today’s symbol of the city of Hamm was redesigned by the artist Horst Rellecke. At night, the elephant lights up with the help of 22,000 LED lights and thus becomes light art. So Maximilianpark offers an eventful tourist destination.
