At Willy-Brandt-Platz 7 is the artwork "Manta" by Denis Klatt from 2020. Opposite Bochum's town hall, in the shadow of the venerable Schlegelturm tower, a magnificent ray circles in solitude. Or rather, it's being driven slightly by the artistically superbly rendered choppy waters. It's not quite so lonely after all, after all, it's currently "circling" a spray-painted car wreck.
