Ebertbad, Oberhausen

Ebertbad

The Ebertbad is one of the most fascinating event locations in Germany. Originally established in 1895 as one of the first public baths in the German Empire, the historic building has developed into a center for cabaret and creative work. Where Oberhausen residents once dived into the water, culture now flows - a unique place where past and present merge harmoniously.

The Ebertbad is not only known for its extraordinary architecture, but also for its wide range of events. Germany's most renowned cabaret and comedy artists regularly appear on stage here, promising the audience unforgettable evenings. In addition, the Ebertbad impresses with numerous in-house productions. These are often written by Gerburg Jahnke, who presented the "Ladies Night" on ARD for many years.
