It is not possible to visit the Kluterthöhle with a wheelchair, walker, stroller, etc.
Bringing animals is not permitted.
We recommend wearing sturdy shoes and clothing suitable for a temperature of 10°.
The tickets cannot be exchanged/refunded.
Please come in good time (approx. 15-20 minutes in advance) to register at the information desk (Kluterthöhle ticket office)
Ruhr-Top-Card holders must have their card validated at the information desk!
You will receive KEIN Ticket by email, please have your booking number ready.
