52 apartments ranging in size from 20-50 m², plus a spacious lobby and 16 parking spaces. All apartments, divided into six categories, feature their own work area. The sleeping area is separate in almost every apartment, creating a balanced symbiosis between work and relaxation.

Each studio has a high-quality kitchenette with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, French press, kettle and basic kitchen equipment.
We're taking a modern approach to the concierge, who takes care of every guest's needs and concerns, and also offer digital check-in and check-out 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cultural, restaurant, and excursion tips, as well as access to personalized hotel services, are also provided digitally. This gives you, as a guest, the greatest possible freedom and can access services independently whenever you want, or you can speak directly to our personal host (concierge), Maria Carolina Mintrop.
