There are also affordable overnight accommodations in Oberhausen for classic backpackers, young families and active group travelers. The "in-hostel-veritas" is one of the few backpacker hostels in the entire Ruhr area, but also has twin rooms. Centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the new center of Oberhausen, guests are welcomed in a friendly atmosphere. The hostel, located in a former mining building, is "Bed&Bike" certified and is therefore also an ideal starting point for bicycle tours through the entire Ruhr metropolis.
