The former “Eisenhütte” on Stühmeyerstrasse is being transformed into the KoFabrik and is intended to become a meeting place for the district in the middle of Bochum. Part of this special neighborhood development is STÜH33 in the former ironworks warehouse. Opened in summer 2020, the smell of fresh coffee has been wafting through the premises ever since. In addition to coffee and tea, there are small treats, cakes and cinnamon rolls.
