Gasometer Oberhausen: Magic Moments in the Ruhr Area

Treat yourself in Oberhausen to a fascinating trip through the cosmos! “Out of this World – Wonders of the Solar System” is the name of the impressive exhibition, which can still be seen in the Gasometer Oberhausen until 30 December 2010.

Already in the first five months, more than 300,000 visitors have let the extraordinary perspectives of space inspire them. Unique is the 90-meter high gigantic interior of the Gasometer: as a gigantic sculpture with a 25-Meter diameter, the presumably “largest moon on earth” is presented here.
