The Movie Park Germany in Bottrop-Kirchhellen is Europe’s unique entertainment park with 40 attractions and shows all dedicated to the world of film. Here everyone can indulge in their own individual film fantasies.

Visitors can enjoy a Hollywood-style day with sensational rides, fascinating settings and breathtaking shows. Europe’s largest “Nick Land” (specially extended from the 2008 season) is a hit with young and old alike. Take a ride in the family helter-skelter called “Jimmy Neutron’s Atomic Flyer”, venture into a water battle in SpongeBob’s “Splash Bash”, and discover the eight new NICK attractions. SpongeBob, Patrick, Dora and Jimmy Neutron will be delighted to meet up with you there.

Do you love spectacular shows? Then the stunt show and the movie magic are just the things for you. If you’re not careful you can very easily land up on stage yourself. There is plenty more additional fun to be had in the other theme areas of Movie Park like the Wild West town or at Santa Monica Pier. Why not take a ride on Germany’s first wooden helter-skelter, dare to drop from a 60 meter high freefall tower, or ride the waves on the “Crazy Surfer”? And if you prefer to take things a little easier you can simply enjoy the view from the Big Wheel on the pier, or visit the Hollywood Film Museum.
